About us

Little Lights Preschool serves children ages 3-5 years old. We are a 10 month school year program operating from August through May. LLP typically holds an “Open Registration” in March of every year for the following August. We announce our Registration dates right here on our website. Little Lights currently has three classrooms to serve our students. Classroom C is our “First Year” preschool program serving children 3- 4 years of age and potty trained. Classrooms A and B are our TK/Pre-K classes which focus on Kindergarten readiness and serve children 4-5 years of age. We offer a 3 week, half day summer camp program in June. Little Lights is closed for the month of July. During July you can reach us by leaving a message or by emailing Michele or Sandy at the email addresses below.

*Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:00p.m.

*School Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

*Summer Camp is in June, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

*The LLP School Office is closed in July

Little Lights Preschool Mission

 Little Lights Preschool is an extension of First United Methodist Church’s educational and outreach ministries with age-appropriate Christian values that are shared through our curriculum.  We believe that the love and example of Christ is experienced through others, and we strive to show this love and acceptance to children and their parents. Our preschool is a caring, kind and loving preschool that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow in each of the 5 areas of development:  social, physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual.
